Did I mention that it’s vegan? Probably not, simply because that word can often turn people off but in this recipe, you would never guess! This sauce is a creamy, satiating way to turn any pasta dish into a hearty, warming meal. It also doubles as a great sauce for pizza! Just spread over pizza dough, top with your favorite veggies, bake, and voilà! A delicious vegan pizza!
All you need to do is blend the following ingredients together in your blender:
Makes about 8-10 servings. If you don’t plan on using it all, it keeps great in the freezer for another meal, another time.
