Every body is different and I respect that in my teachings. I know one's path to "feel-good" may be different from another's.
If you have tried Yoga and/or Pilates before and it felt too intense for you, I offer a gentle approach to the practices in order for YOUR body to find the benefit in the practice. I enjoy working one-on- one with clients in order to help them reach their full potential "feel-good."

Dubai became my travel hub, and during my solo adventures, I observed the interconnectedness of everything—nature, people, food, and culture. I discovered that happiness often flourishes where people have less and are more connected to their land and communities.
